Prepare and review individual and business tax returnsAssist clients with tax planning and complianceConduct research on tax laws and regulationsResolve client inquiries and provide recommendationsGenerate financial reports and analyze tax dataCollaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projectsStay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or a related fieldMinimum of 1-4 years of experience in tax preparation and complianceStrong knowledge of tax laws and regulationsProficiency in tax software and MS ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCPA certification is preferred, but not requiredBenefitsSalary: Under ReviewHealth Care (Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance)401(k) Retirement PlanFamily leave (Paid paternity leave; Paid maternity leave)Tuition assistance and Student loan assistanceDisability insuranceCommuter benefitsThe annual salary target for this job is market related.
