On the job training provided.

Perform all functions necessary to produce precast product efficiently and safely as part of a team. Work with various different employees in a team environment to accomplish required tasks.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and drawings.Must be able to read a tape measure accurately.Pour and finish concrete in forms according to quality control standards.Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.Assisting during the concrete pouring process.Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.Perform site clean-up.Setup and preparation of concrete formsPour and finish concrete according to specificationsSmooth and finish surfaces of poured concreteAssist in the installation of rebar and mesh reinforcementClean and maintain tools and equipmentFollow safety guidelines and procedures at all timesOther duties as assigned.Must be 18 years or olderWork Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipmentPhysical Requirements
Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling 35-50 lbs.Manual dexterity and the ability to work in an industrial plant environment.Physically capable of heavy concrete construction for a sustained period of 8-10 hours per day.Required to wear a hard hat, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses while working in our plant and/or in the yard.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday through Friday, with some overtime work required including some Saturdays.Pre-Employment ScreeningDRUG TEST: Candidates who are identified and selected for a position are required to complete and pass a drug screen to be considered for employment.DRUG-FREE workplaceQualifications
