What you'll doJoin our innovative team at Docusign as a Senior Product Manager in Business Technology. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our B2B SaaS offerings, driving product enhancements, and improving outcomes. Your work will bridge strategic planning and technical execution, enabling you to leave a mark.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Business Applications.ResponsibilitySupport the creation and execution of a coherent digital transformation for our Go To Market TeamsAssist in developing and executing a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing projects that deliver significant business outcomesServe as a knowledgeable advocate for GTM technologies, aiding in their enhancements, deployment, and optimization to boost sales efficiencyHelp design engaging, user-centered solutions within our GTM ecosystem, in alignment with company strategyWork within cross-functional teams, embracing agile methodologies to drive progress from ideation to launch, maintaining a focus on strategic outcomesLead grooming sessions to create well defined user stories and maintain a healthy product backlogEngage with key partners across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, integrating insights to develop scalable and effective technology solutionsStay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, contributing to our position as a leader in sales and GTM technology innovation and the pursuit of enhanced efficiency and outcomes

Job DesignationHybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasicBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in product management, focusing on sales and Go To Market technologiesProven experience in fostering collaborative, innovative environments, facilitating the development of market-leading solutionsPreferredSkill in working with agile teams, aligning team efforts with strategic business and product goalsReputation for converting complex business needs into actionable technical strategies and compelling product featuresStrong understanding of sales technology trends, particularly in Salesforce and Revenue Intelligence technologiesAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, guiding projects from concept to implementation, with an emphasis on result-driven methodologiesExperience in implementing Sales Compensation platforms like XactlyAnalytical skills to leverage data in driving strategy and outcomesHistory of innovation in the technology space, addressing complex challenges to drive business growthExcellent communication and team collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic, cross-disciplinary environmentsA committed learner and innovator, eager to adapt and excel in a fast-paced industry

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and

benefits .
