What you'll doAs a Senior Manager in the Corporate FP&A group, you will be responsible for performing topline financial analysis and modeling, partnering with pricing and packaging, GTM FP&A, and data science teams, designing and preparing financial plans and budgets, as well as analyzing, interpreting, and communicating financial information to management. This individual will lead Docusign’s management reporting and forecasting for revenue and billings, and partner closely with leaders across the company to deliver accurate and actionable insights.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Finance.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range planning for revenue and billings.Collaborate with the team to build and enhance robust revenue and billings financial models through a strategic lens to highlight trends and assess current and future business risks and opportunities.Partner with GTM FP&A, Pricing & Packaging, Revenue Accounting, and Data Science teams to analyze actuals, predict outcomes, influence decisioning and align forecast models around business decisions and key drivers.Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management to support critical decisions for the company.Communicate clear and concise narratives grounded in data to inform monthly management reporting.Drive process improvements to support the company’s growth at scale.Provide leadership and cultivate collaboration across the global FP&A org while directly managing two individual contributors.

Job DesignationHybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).

What you bringBasicBA or BS in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields.12+ years experience in FP&A or similar position with emphasis on topline forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets with advanced modeling skills.Experience with complex financial modeling and collecting, manipulating, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, leading to recommendation and action plans.Prior experience in Corporate FP&A roles, investment banking, or consulting.Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial concepts.Experience with financial and ERP systems such as Oracle, Adaptive Planning, Rev Pro, and Salesforce.PreferredExperience as a team leader with the ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis and to influence leadership decisions.Fundamental understanding of Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model.Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and able to operate with limited information or guidance at times.Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization.

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $134,900.00 - $216,975.00 base salary.This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and

benefits .
