Join us in experiencing the exhilaration of collaborating with a dynamic team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and contributing to a workplace where your voice is not just heard but valued and empowered.Purpose:The SIOP Leader is responsible for leading and managing the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure the alignment of sales forecasts with production, inventory management, and supply chain strategies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and implementing best practices to optimize supply chain performance, achieve key financial goals and meet customer demand.Key Responsibilities:SIOP Process Management:Lead and facilitate the SIOP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans.Develop and maintain SIOP meeting schedules, agendas, and action plans.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, production, procurement, finance and logistics teams.Ensure alignment of goals and objectives across all functions involved in the SIOP process.Forecasting and Demand Planning:Process owner of the demand review meeting, for all products and BUs.Collaborate with the central demand planner, ensuring the publication of a monthly demand forecast.Ensure that forecast KPIs are developed and maintained.Supply Planning:Process owner of the supply review meeting, for all factory sites.Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure the publication of feasible production plans that meet demand forecasts.Identify and resolve production constraints and bottlenecks and conduct scenario planning.Communicate production changes, deviations from schedule, and updates to all stakeholders.Ensure that supply chain KPIs are maintained.Inventory Management:Monitor and optimize inventory levels and sourcing plans to balance customer demand with production capacity and supply chain constraints.Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics, such as turns, days of supply, and stockouts.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain.Prepare and present SIOP performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.Assist stakeholders within supply/demand build business cases for tool and/or headcount requests.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the planning systems.Strategic Alignment:Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic plans into actionable SIOP activities.Integrate SIOP activities with the strategic planning cycle to ensure cohesive and synchronized planning.Participate in annual planning sessions to provide insights and recommendations based on SIOP analysis.Continuous Improvement:Act as a change agent for continuous process improvement, systems implementation, and standardization efforts.Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SIOP process.Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in supply chain management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, production planning, or a related field.Proven experience in leading and managing SIOP processes.Skills:Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and drive overall supply chain performance.Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams and collaborative efforts.Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in SIOP software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel, SFDC).The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $183,400 and $240,765. The pay range may differ in other locations.
