Job Summary

This is a paid internship and the perfect opportunity for you to expand and develop real world experience in the IGS Home Industry.

During your summer at IGS, you will work as a part of the IGS Home Warranty Account Management team on one or more projects focused on creating a better experience for our customers. This scope will require you to contact and interact with customers via phone and/or email with the goal of building a relationship and ultimately getting them to remain a part of the IGS family.

As part of the team, you will accomplish the following:Support the IGS Home objectives, specifically as it pertains to sales metrics and customer relationships.Create action plan and reach out to customers who have never responded, expired, and attempting to renew.Develop relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer experiences and making sure their needs are met with our products.Demonstrate your creativity by reevaluating our tracking list for potential improvements.We offer:

Actively enrolled in college. Open to all majors and class levels.

Salary Range:$31,200.00 - $52,000.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.This role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission.
