Hill International is seeking a Document Control Professional in West Milton, New York
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance and administration of the Kesselring Site's Electronic Document Libraries of manuals, instructions, and reference documents to support our Navy training mission.Work with document owners to ensure configuration management through document change processes.Review and edit documents to ensure quality and compliance with applicable standards.Lead and participate in projects to improve our document control processes and make documents more accessible for increased efficiency and improved user experienceQualifications
1-5 years of experienceBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityMust be local to West Milton, NY and work on a hybrid scheduleMust have or be willing to obtain security clearanceProficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, etc.)Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional, Bluebeam Revu, or similar PDF editing softwareStrong PC skills and experience with a variety of publication software and markup languages desired, including XML, SGML, MS Word, and PDFProficient in Microsoft SharePoint (site ownership, page design, lists and libraries, etc.)Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively to the team and external stakeholdersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working in a team environment
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$110,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
