Job Description
Hill International is seeking an Estimator in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
The Estimator shall perform the following duties
Analyze and monitor construction projects to address major concerns for large scale construction projects including scheduling, cost/budgeting value analysis, risk management, and close out.Develop resource-loaded critical path network schedules, provided percent complete, budget, recorded costs, commitments, forecasts, and earned value analysis.Prepare monthly reports, earn value resource analysis, cash flow, analyzing delays and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays.Coordinate change orders, cost estimates. Request for Information, and Submittals
Qualifications
•Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.•24 months relevant experience Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
