What You Will Do:
Coordinate the work of project teams along multiple workstreams like data partners, integrated system, external vendors, etc.Query and analyze data to verify results, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance the test automation suitesCraft automated tests to meet speed to market goal ensuring qualityTroubleshoot and optimize automated tests and supporting artifacts to execute automatically in CI/CD pipelines, reduce cycle timeEscalate risk and issues timeously to enable the effective planning and communication to stakeholdersEmbrace the mindset of fearlessly engaging in manual hands-on and exploratory testing whenever circumstances demand itResponsible for identifying, documenting, and effectively resolving defects through meticulous reporting and trackingAdhere to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to our testing practices where necessary
Skills and Experience You Will Need:Required:10+ years in successfully testing and ensuring the quality of web and mobile applicationsProficient in conducting thorough business requirements analysis, designing efficient test automation suites, and diligently logging and tracking defects throughout the testing processExpertise in applying Agile methodologies and principles to software testing, ensuring efficient and effective testing practices throughout the development lifecycleDemonstrated proficiency in utilizing test management tools such as Jira to effectively plan, track, and manage testing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration, and streamlined workflowsExperience in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languageProven experience in automating Web UI and API testing using Cypress, Protractor, TestCafe, Playwright, or PuppeteerGood experience in Mobile Automation using WebDriver IO across various mobile testing platforms and devicesGood experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab, GitHub, BitbucketExperience with SQL and database/backend testingExperience with NoSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or CassandraHands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUIHealthcare domain knowledgeExposure to AWS services (DynamoDB, S3 Buckets, Lambdas, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learnerFlexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary
