Our client is seeking a
Pricing Analyst
to join their team, providing an opportunity to learn from a legal pricing expert. This role involves developing and refining pricing structures, including alternative fee proposals, as part of the firm's overall strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Pricing, the analyst will collaborate with firm partners and leaders to deliver analytics, reporting, and tools that support pricing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data to create pricing models, and preparing detailed reports. The analyst will assist with client proposals, financial modeling, and monitor pricing effectiveness. Internal collaboration with finance, billing, and practice groups is essential, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis, advanced mathematical concepts, and tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Strong communication and organizational skills are crucial, along with a proactive, independent work style. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in legal services pricing, are necessary. The role offers a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $112,300 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.
