Our products, content, and experiences aim to **enrich all lives** by making a genuine difference in every life, every day, and **our business is focused on bringing the value and relevance of Diversity and Inclusion to every brand, product, and person we touch.** *Our overarching enterprise D&I Framework and plans demonstrate our belief and value in having a diverse and inclusive workforce.* **THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR** **:** * Order and Inventory Management* Managing Ship-from-store and Buy-Online-Pickup-In-Store order allocations* Partnering with Store Managers to optimize the Seamless Retail program* Monitoring high unit orders and implementing a cost-efficient fulfillment method* Managing item availability on Hallmark.com* Analyzing, interpreting, and resolving retailer issues and requests Managing stores on the Seamless Retail Program* Wholesale order placement* Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience* 2 years of experience in business, customer service, and/or data analysis* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite* Experience using ServiceNow* Evaluate, troubleshoot, draw insights, and act on retailer inquiries* Experience navigating eCommerce / Omnichannel ERP systems* Proven abilities to communicate messages to diverse audiences in a concise, articulate manner* Strong business and financial acumen* Ability to problem-solve creatively and work well in a team environment* Intellectually curious and self-motivated; experienced in dealing with complex concepts and situations
