This effort includes both implementing and monitoring measurable sales goals for calls, appointments, event attendance, deposits, occupancy levels and revenue generation for the community. The sales specialist is responsible for communicating the sales and marketing goals to the larger community team and emphasizing the importance of creating a positive customer experience that inspires prospects to want to move to the community. In order to advance measurable sales results, the sales specialist will create and maintain effective collaboration, communication and sales focus while collaborating with various teams throughout the Oak Hammock organization. The senior living sales specialist attracts new residents to Oak Hammock by cultivating leads, scheduling and facilitating tours, qualifying leads and achieving sales.Senior Living Sales Specialist Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or related field preferred 7 years in management/sales experience or master's degree in business, management or related field + 3 years' experience Experience working in health care setting preferred Real estate experience preferred Experience with lead management database system (CRM), Microsoft Office Experience working with a senior population and/or within a Life Plan Community preferred. Proven sales experience Valid Florida Driver's License Must currently reside in or relocate to Gainesville, FL.
