ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives and feature teams responsible for the development of new capabilities in Android, iOS, and web appsTranslate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including user stories and acceptance test criteriaCollaborate with prospective users and clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirementsIdentify and mitigate risks associated with product development, including technical challenges, dependencies, and external factorsWork with product leads to prioritize backlog, considering product roadmap, customer feedback, and project dependenciesInform leadership on product vision, schedule, strategy, features, and prioritization of workCommunicate with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of managementProvide insight and subject matter expertise on products, features, and development initiativesSeek and improve processes across the development teamSupport global product launches and release activitiesRequirements

Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field5+ years of experience with ArcGIS software or other geospatial technologyExperience configuring and deploying Esri's Field AppsProven ability to lead small to medium groups to deliver on business objectives with the power to inspire teamwork and motivate project teamsCustomer-focused mindset for delivering a product that provides a great customer experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience assessing and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsProficiency in using Agile project management toolsDeadline-oriented and capable of self-managementPassion and ability to deliver quality work in a timely and efficient manner, in teams or individuallyRecommended Qualifications

Proven ability to define, manage, and deliver geospatial solutionsPrior experience with implementing software solutions and release of commercial software productsProficiency in a modern software language, such as Python, JavaScript, Swift, or KotlinCertified Product OwnerMaster's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$92,144-$152,152 USD
