Job Overview:
We are seeking a Tax Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms. Newly promoted Senior Tax Accountants will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare tax returns• Assist in tax planning and compliance• Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely filings• Stay informed about tax laws and updates
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms• CPA or EA certification preferred but not required• Must be within a 1-hour commute to Glendale, CA
Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly: $70,000 - $90,000 plus overtime• 100% insurance coverage (family at their own cost)• Dental and vision insurance• $50,000 life insurance• 2 weeks PTO starting, plus sick leave• 10-12 holidays per year• 4% 401k match
Additional Information:
• Initially in-office from Glendale, with a hybrid solution in the next few months• All submissions must include the types of returns the candidate is familiar with
