The IT Application Developer I will provide level one triage and support for the HCA internal application environment. This includes various .net/sql based applications in addition to salesforce, SharePoint and other platforms.

The IT Application Developer I will:

Provide support for internal and external stakeholders related to the business needs of the applications.Manage the support ticket queue, resolve support requests, and log resolutions.Work with team members both inside and outside of IT to resolve issues and plan changes for the applications.

How does it get done?

The IT application Developer I is responsible for:Serving as the primary point of contact for the support requests that arrive related to the development, maintenance, operations, management, and enhancement of various HCA in-house applications that utilize, C#.Net and SQL server as well as various SharePoint environments.Who are the customers?

The Health Care Authority staff, contractors, and clients.Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of:

Using .Net 4.5 ¿ 4.7;Model-View-Controller (MVC);Entity, HTML, Java Script, CSS, WinForms;Team Foundation Server (TFS);jQuery;Active Directory Integration for authentication and;Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 through SharePoint on M365.

Minimum Qualification

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and two (2) years of experience in software programming. Substitutions Apply. See Substitution Table below.

Employment Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
