We develop innovative software solutions for CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), RMS (Records Management Systems), Mobile Field Reporting, and Parking, helping agencies streamline operations and improve public safety outcomes.The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business analysis, coupled with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, C#, MS SQL Server, and enterprise applications. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise-level applications.Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.Develop and maintain comprehensive business process models, use cases, and other documentation.Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for large-scale enterprise solutions.Enterprise Application Expertise:Work on the design, implementation, and support of enterprise applications, ensuring they align with business needs and IT strategy.Analyze existing enterprise applications and propose enhancements or upgrades to improve performance and user experience.Project Management:Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of enterprise application requirements.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, discuss project progress, and resolve any issues related to enterprise applications.Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management on enterprise application projects.Required Qualifications:*VISA SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE*Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, with a focus on enterprise applications.Experience with Microsoft Azure, including designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions in enterprise environments.Experience in MS SQL Server, including database design, query writing, and performance tuning in enterprise applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of large-scale enterprise solutions.Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with project management methodologies and tools, particularly in managing enterprise application projects.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies, particularly in enterprise settings.Certifications in Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Business Analysis, or related fields.Familiarity with enterprise application platforms and technologies, such as ERP, CRM, or other large-scale business systems.BenefitsCompetitive salary ($50,000 - $90,000 based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401k)Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environmentNote:
