The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join

Mount Sinai Doctors Manhasset Medical Associates.

The multi-specialty practice is located in Manhasset in a diverse community with great restaurants and easy access to Manhattan. Mount Sinai Manhasset Medical Associates offers comprehensive care in a setting with an established patient base, where patients can see a variety of specialists. The site has a comprehensive support team.

Mount Sinai seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide primary and preventive care within our interdisciplinary

Institute for Advanced Medicine . In addition to providing excellent, convenient and innovative care, the physician will collaborate on health care delivery to create an exceptional patient experience. The focus will be on providing the best patient care and experience possible. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care and prevention services to LGBTQ patients at Mount Sinai, with a focus on HIV prevention and care.

Position Description:

• Full time ambulatory Primary Care

• Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health system

• Benefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical School

• Serve a diverse population and live in a region with excellent schools and easy access to Manhattan

• Clinical Support staff: Nurses, medical assistants

• EMR system: Allscripts/ Athena

• Competitive salary and benefits offered including productivity bonuses, 4 weeks of vacation, paid holidays, 5 days of paid CME time annually, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage

Position Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University

• New York Medical License

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• Committed to Mount Sinai South Nassau and the communities we serve

• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills

• A system work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance driven health system

Compensation range from 225K to 275K (not including bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits)

Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
