Overview: Vantage Point Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support federal clients through comprehensive analysis, training development, and Agile team integration. This role is essential in driving business process improvements, technology enhancements, and human capital management.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional services in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements management, and Agile team support.Apply cross-functional expertise in analysis, development, planning, integration, and sustainment to recommend solutions.Generate technical work products, including reports, analyses, databases, and briefings, on an as-needed basis.Document current processes and environments, and develop implementation plans for process improvements and technology enhancements.Act autonomously within the Agile team, serving as the on-site team lead or Scrum Master.Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is desired.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, business relationship management, and organizational analysis.Expertise in business process definition, modeling, and information systems is required.Experience in an Agile development environment is crucial.Ability to innovate and manage high-complexity projects, integrating large volumes of information effectively.
