Business Analyst

to join our client team in a hybrid capacity with three days onsite in

Denver, CO . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, process automation, and a solid understanding of SailPoint functionality. This role will focus primarily on supporting a SailPoint upgrade, including enhancements and capital projects, while also identifying opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual workloads. The ideal candidate will be highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in agile environments. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be adept at translating business requirements into actionable agile stories and have a strong background in both business analysis and process improvement. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document detailed requirements for the SailPoint upgrade and related automation projectsSupport the implementation of the SailPoint upgrade and identify potential automations to streamline processes and reduce manual workloadsTranslate business requirements into agile stories and tasks, ensuring developers have a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverablesParticipate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other agile ceremonies to provide updates, identify gaps, and ensure project alignment with business goalsConduct process analysis and workflow modeling to identify areas for improvement and automation within the SailPoint systemAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectationsMaintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and supports the overall objectives of the projectDrive process improvement initiatives and contribute to developing new solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectivenessUtilize problem-solving and organizational skills to navigate project challenges, manage multiple priorities, and ensure successful project deliveryQualifications:

At least 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on process improvement and automationStrong familiarity with SailPoint functionality and experience working on SailPoint-related projects, particularly upgrades and automation initiativesProven experience in an agile environment, including participating in agile ceremonies and developing agile storiesStrong understanding of process analysis, process modeling, and workflow optimizationExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBusiness Analyst certification (preferred but not required)Essential skills:

Experience with SailPoint or similar identity governance platformsStrong process analysis and process-driven mindsetFamiliarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex project requirementsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical specificationsAbility to think critically, ask questions, and challenge assumptions when necessaryStrong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyDesired skills:

High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate challenging conversations and manage stakeholder expectationsExperience in driving process automation initiatives within complex systemsExperience:

5-7 years of experience in business or systems analysis rolesExperience with SailPoint or similar identity governance platformsProven track record in process automation, agile methodologies, and project management

Benefits:Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $122,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.
