Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with our client in Denver or Minneapolis.
Position Overview:We are seeking a Systems/Business Analyst to support ongoing enhancements and capital projects, primarily focusing on a SailPoint upgrade. This role is essential for automating processes, reducing manual workloads, and ensuring the smooth implementation of identity access management solutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in gathering requirements, translating them into agile stories, and collaborating closely with development teams using tools like JIRA. This position offers the opportunity to work across various teams and systems, with a focus on automating workflows and streamlining processes.Key Responsibilities:Support SailPoint upgrade and related capital projects, ensuring automation of processes to reduce manual work.Collaborate with the SailPoint team and technical support teams to implement system upgrades and process improvements.Gather and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable tasks within an agile environment.Work with developers to ensure requirements are clear and well-understood for implementation.Support ongoing identity access management projects into 2025 and beyond.Participate in daily agile stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution.Engage with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation.Daily Activities:Attend daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document requirements for automation projects.Ensure clear communication and translation of business needs into technical specifications for development teams.Monitor and provide feedback on ongoing project progress and automation efforts.Skills & Qualifications:Experience:
5-7 years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a technical, process-driven environment.Process Expertise:
Strong ability to analyze and automate workflows, with a focus on reducing manual processes.Agile Methodology:
Experience working in an agile environment, including participation in stand-ups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming.Work Hours:
Standard full-time hours, with flexibility during critical phases.Duration:
12 months (potential for extension or permanent placement)Likelihood of Extension:
High probability of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
Compensation:Hourly W2 pay rate $We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
