Job Description - Driver/Grounds (21004016) **Job Description**Driver/Grounds - ( 21004016 ) **Description**This position requires the successful candidate to:Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and report changes in drivers license status to supervision immediately. Skillfully and safely operate various stick shift and automatic transmission trucks, tractors, skid loaders, and other landscape equipment. Perform labor for groundskeeping services on the Temple University campus and related areas as assigned. This includes landscape/horticultural work, turf care, athletic field maintenance, litter/trash removal, snow removal, hard surface cleaning, and other duties as directed. Follow University work rules and safety procedures in the completion of assigned tasks. Maintain work areas and equipment in a safe and orderly condition. Professionally interact with others. Report unsatisfactory conditions to the proper supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.Full-time weekly work schedule includes/requires one weekend day**Required Education and Experience:**High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of verifiable full-time employment or college-level coursework in groundskeeping, landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.
