We also have an excellent benefits packet.Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center is practicing great infection control and exceeding the CDC guidelines, and we have results that we are proud of.Nurse Duties and Responsibilities:•Provide superior quality care using trained skilled within licensed scope of practice in accordance with facility policy.•Monitor residents throughout the assigned shift to assure that prescribed treatment is properly administered as assigned to other RN's, LVN's, or delegated to nursing assistants.
