Position Summary:

The Manager, Integrations Engineering is responsible for providing oversight and planning for technical development, operations, and healthcare system integration as well as management of external requests related to interoperability of CyncHealth systems. This is a hands-on position with individual contributor responsibilities as well as accountability to ensure delegated work is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team, including responsibility for planning and managing work priorities, performance of duties, achievement of initiatives, and provides direction and directives to direct report. Provide regular and ongoing coaching, including conducting recurring review conversations with direct reports.?Partner with other parts of the company including data engineering, data analytics, product development, and scrum masters to understand high-level goals, break down work and dependencies, and coordinate delivery across functional areas to maximize team productivity and overall delivery against priorities.Build and maintain effective relationships with leadership roles across the company.Develop, implement, and utilize Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that impact interoperability.Provide technical consultation and assistance on matters related to interoperability and connectivity.Identify and champion technically-oriented improvements needed to support current and future capabilities based on the company strategy and vision.Accountable for ongoing management of interoperability domain related cloud infrastructure operations.Ensure that both operational and project work are being worked in a best-practice (ITIL, HITRUST, Etc.) and appropriately prioritized manner.Solutions should be thorough (reliable, secure, documented) and meet business requirements.Solution decisions should be made with a forward-looking thought process, in terms of both business goals and technology evolution.Root causes, not just incident symptoms, should be addressed.Project and operations work must both receive an appropriate level of attention.Implement, enforce, and test IT policies and procedures defined for information security, system availability, & business continuity.Regularly perform capacity planning and gap analysis of systems, head count and skillsets needed to meet business needs.Oversee RFPs and vendor relationships and contracts related to integrations.Participate in analysis and design of business process, training development, and deployment planning.Track time against projects and job codes for tracking billing and expenses.Stay educated on the latest technology methods related to CyncHealth's business.Ensure that activities operate according to internal and external standards, and legal requirements.Protect assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information entrusted to or maintained by the organization.Model CyncHealth's values and Code of Conduct. Manage resources and business objectives in compliance with charter, policies, and standards.Other duties as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Health Informatics, technology, or a closely related field.5+ years of experience with both existing and emerging healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, CCD, C - CDA XML V3, IHE profile, FHIR required.3+ years of experience with integration technologies including: Ensemble, Cache, HealthCare or other interoperability platforms such as Mirth, Lyniate Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, InterSystems, Optum, etc. preferred.Knowledge of data formatting technologies such as JSON, CSV, parquet, and XML.Knowledge of integration service technologies such as VPN, SFTP, web-based RPCs, REST web services, and SOAP web services.Experience working with all HL7 message types.Understanding of FHIR and other APIs is preferred.Understanding of data modeling, data quality, data completeness, and data governance.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical staff, non-technical staff, and stakeholders. Experience communicating research results through presentations and scientific publications.Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills and team building skills.Experience with AWS cloud platformsITIL Certification PreferredPhysical Requirements:

Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.Extended working hours and overnight travel may be necessary.Light work requiring exertion up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.Ability to work from La Vista, NE office with reliable and predictable attendance.Benefits:
