Our client is going through their largest digital transformation initiative to date, focusing on an ERP implementation. Phase 1 went live in April 2024, and Phase 2 is scheduled to go live in Q1 of 2026. The project aims to streamline and enhance the company's operations through advanced ERP solutions.

Currently, our client is seeking a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Administrator to join the team. This expert will provide direction and ensure the integrity of the project's progress. The role involves significant configuration work, minimal coding, and long-term maintenance of the project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion, along with knowledge of other modules such as Field Service, CDM (Customer Data Management), and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud). Experience with UI components, SLS templates/documents, and configurations is also essential. The project operates on 3--4-week sprints. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel (once a month or every other month) may be required. This is a contract-to-hire position, with future integration with Salesforce planned.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CPQ Administrator to join our team as part of Project Quantum, our largest digital transformation initiative. This role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and long-term maintenance of our ERP system.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and direction for the CPQ implementation.

Perform majority configuration tasks with minimal coding.

Assist with the implementation and manage long-term maintenance of the project.

Ensure the integrity and quality of the project's progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with other modules such as Field Service, CDM, OIC, and Salesforce.

Configure and manage UI components, SLS templates/documents, and configurations.

Participate in 3--4-week sprints and adapt to the agile project environment.

Travel occasionally (once a month or every other month) as required.

Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Fusion.

Knowledge of additional modules such as Field Service, CDM, and OIC.

Proficiency in configuring UI components and managing SLS templates/documents.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience with agile project management and sprints.

Previous experience with Salesforce integration.

Willingness to travel occasionally.
