We are seeking an experienced and driven Security Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge security solutions to residential and commercial customers. You will be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations at prospective clients' homes and business premises.Perform cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and networking activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our security products and services.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Accurately forecast sales and prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities and results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the security or related industries.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.Comfortable with conducting door-to-door sales activities and networking events.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.
