Position Summary:The Account Manager will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. He/she will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with his/her portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.This role will interface directly with our internal teams and systems. You will be asked to solve problems, build reports, business cases, and track metrics. This position requires a motivated self starter, driven by accomplishement and accountability with strong attention to detail and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectivesCommunicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersForecast and track key account metricsIdentify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainmentAssist with high severity requests or issue escalations as neededRequired Skills:Understanding of planning techniques and BOM structuresSelf-motivated, goal driven, proactive and works for resultsStrong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing prioritiesExperience & EducationBachelor's degree in communications, business, finance, engineering, science, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience or equivalent to 8+ years of relevant experience in the fieldProven account management or other relevant experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsFluent with the MS Office suiteExperience working in an Aerospace Manufacturing facility

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $93,900 to $140,900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
