In this role you will oversee, mentor, and provide guidance to Tier I and II C4I analyst teams supporting the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity's (MCTSSA) garrisoned and deployed customers. As a Site Lead you will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, and maintenance direction for various C4I systems by guiding and performing support activities to include: Systems troubleshooting and issue resolution Systems administration Software and hardware installation Systems technical and integration guidance Systems testing and engineering assessments support Information and knowledge management support Documentation of systems issues, resolutions, on-going trends, and support activities Informal, over-the-shoulder training to the Marine You will provide support individually and as a team remotely, desk-side, and during travel to exercise and training events. #CJPOST #ZR Required Qualifications: Must have a minimum SECRET level clearance Must have a valid CompTIA Security+ certification Bachelor's with 3 - 5 years (or commensurate experience) in the following: Providing technical support for Marine Corps Tactical Systems Performing remote and desk side support to end users Providing knowledge transfer to end-users in the administration, maintenance, and operation of C4I systems Installation of software and hardware Documenting and reporting of troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents Providing guidance and direction to junior technical staff COVID Policy: New employees will be required to adhere to the Companys and its clients COVID-19 safety procedures. In the event that the COVID-19 vaccination mandate for Federal Contractors is enforced, you must become fully vaccinated or request and be approved for an exemption.
