Overview:
Highlight is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to provide data analytic support for a federal customer in a disaster management environment.Responsibilities:Provides program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development for disaster management and disaster recovery effortsLeads meetings with key stakeholders to include client and project teamsManage the Configuration Management/Change Management (CM) processProvide expertise and support in Agile and DevSecOps
Qualifications:Required Qualifications10 years experience managing programs supporting disaster recovery and disaster managementMasters DegreeExperience providing consulting and SME level support for large federal programsKnowledge of data analytics, Geographic Information System (GIS) and spatial analyisExpertise in managing Configuration Management/Change Management (CM) processExperience supporting Agile and DevSecOpsPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationExperience with the following products: ArcGIS Hub, Tableau, MS Azure, MS365, PowerBI workspaceKnowledge of AI/Machine Learning (ML)About Highlight:For over ten years, Highlight has provided Development and Modernization, Secure IT, and Mission Solution services to our federal government customers.
