The hospital, named in the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals, also has family practice clinics across the region.Established team of 3 physicians and 3 Advanced PractitionersEstablished practice serving the Anamosa and Jones County communityOpportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinicClinic location near the Jones Regional Medical Center with all the additional ancillary services available, imaging, labs, etc.Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferencesExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the communityFull-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access24/7 hospitalist program availableFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordinationResponsibilities:
No nights or weekendsShared call amongst the providers. Triaged through MyNurseAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serveGeneral family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient carePatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications:
