Role Summary:
The Senior Data Analyst for Mission Health Partners (MHP) will collect data using financial, quality, and clinical knowledge and interpretation for public reporting initiatives, focus studies for quality improvement teams and regulatory review as needed. Responsibilities will also include development of dashboards and scorecards, with a high level of communication skills. The Senior Data Analyst will also lead the development of MHP integrated data systems and employ project-management principles in data-asset development and sustainment, including resource allocation, planning life cycle, monitoring scope, and managing risk
What qualifications you will need:
Required Education:
Masters Degree in health informatics, statistics, business or health related field with strong quantitative and analytical backgroundRequired Experience:
High level of competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); 3 to 5 years relevant experiencePreferred Experience:
