SUMMARY

:

Reporting directly to the Director, Data Analytics, the Data Analyst is responsible for auditing and analyzing all monthly commission reports and addendums.The Data Analyst will be essential in creating and maintaining sales, commissions, business, and financial reporting for the Commissions Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain and build BI reportingAudits commission supplier reports and partner commission reportsAudits AddendumsSets up new addendumsPrepares monthly reportsCalculates and uploads manual referral fees into RPMCoordinates Teaming Program and pay4partner programPrepares Sales Partner Variance ReportProcesses commission reports as assignedCoordinates VAR Upfront Commission ProgramPrepares monthly New Billings ReportPrepares Key Indicator Reports for quarterly business reviewUpdates the Partner and Supplier ScorecardsPrepares weekly Channel Manger Order reportsPrepares business reports as neededPrepares partner order reconciliationsCoordinates Financial Partner ProgramsAll other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, or computer science or a related discipline is required.One to three years of similar or related experience.Moderate Microsoft Power BI skills, DAX, power query, SQLAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Macro's, vlookups, etc.High attention to detail and ability to be flexible and learn quicklyAccounting and financial analysis experience a plusExperience with computerized accounting software a plusExperience with databases a plusExcellent organization skillsMust be reliable, maintain consistent attendance and meet strict deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks and complete work assignments with minimal supervisionAbility to follow through and bring assignments to closureHigh attention to detail and ability to be flexible and learn quicklyAbility to work in a cooperative and team environment, as well as the ability to work independentlyTelecom industry experience a plus

COMPENSATION:

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
