Residential Construction Superintendent
One of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence.
As a Residential Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing ground-up Residential construction projects- Providing mentorship and leadership to the team- Overseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasks- Building strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors- Utilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project management- Being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving
- Travel may be required. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License
