This role demands a creative, self-driven individual with excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes that support Vehicle Processing, Parts Distribution, and Transportation functions.Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, analyze and understand user stories, business processes, non-functional requirements, system capabilities, customization, integration, process design, and system implementations. (Must have)Perform requirements gathering and clarifications with the technical team, leveraging agile techniques.Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure smooth project/product team go-lives. (Must have)Work with internal staff to implement functions and features for SET Supply areas, including workflows, data imports and exports, automation, and optimization opportunities.Develop a thorough understanding of business needs and priorities by building strong relationships with business owners. (Must have)Coordinate with the technical team and business stakeholders.Ensure adherence to IT standards, processes, and methodologies, including Quality Assurance (QA), Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). (Must have)Act as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.Design and develop BI reports and dashboards by understanding business requirements, designing data models, and developing visualizations that provide actionable insights. (Must have)Manage data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. (Must have)Work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them. (Must have)Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in dashboards and reports. (Must have)Requirements:5+ years as a Business Analyst working on projects or product teams, with a primary focus on agile methodologies.3+ years as a Business Analyst with supply chain and/or logistics skills.Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and reporting.Proficiency with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of systems and solutions.Proven ability to provide business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement.Experience with software and systems development life cycle.Ability to perform both Business Analysis and Data Analysis as needed on projects and product teams.Proficiency in researching platforms, navigating systems/solutions, and querying data from both relational and no-SQL databases.Experience in producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and working knowledge of working with QA resources to develop test cases.Ability to produce SOP documents and facilitate their adoption by Business and IT Users.Competence in navigating both Mainframe and Distributed systems with minimal training.Experience leading triage of issue resolution on secondary and primary bridges, effectively communicating with both Business and IT teams.Strong skills with the Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).Working knowledge of Parts Distribution warehousing.BS/BA/MBA Degree.Microsoft Certified in Power BI and/or Power Platform.
