The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and a passion for real estate technology.LOCATIONThis role can sit 100% remote. If located near Jacksonville, FL some onsite may be required.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESRequirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.Process Improvement:
Evaluate current business processes and recommend enhancements to streamline operations and increase productivity.Project Management:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication.Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Requires 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate or technology sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Mobile app experience (iOS/Android).
