This is a great opportunity to work for an industry leader and a great organization. **Benefits of this** **position:*** Medical* Dental* 401K* PTO Options**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** Entry level position to maintain and monitor end-user equipment and productivity on local area network.* Perform a variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training tasks to ensure end-user equipment and network performance meet company and user requirements.* Provide support to staff on all company-supported software and hardware.* Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and advise on appropriate action.* Complete application project-based work.* This position will promote a safe and secure atmosphere, follow all safety and security rules and perform other related duties as assigned.* Administers end-user equipment and supports end-user activities.* Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; tests and implements solutions.* Performs system user adds, changes and disable.* Troubleshoots networks, systems and applications and engage appropriate resources to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.* Develops and conducts various training and instruction for system users on operating systems and other applications; assists users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.* Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.* Insure appropriate printer supplies are on hand.* Assists personnel of other departments as a computer resource.* Provides computer orientation to new and existing company staff as needed.* Logs information for future tracking.* Maintains documentation for operation and systems according to department standards.* Logs computer inventory information in the appropriate tracking system.* Knowledge of basic Hardware/Software troubleshooting skills related to end-user equipment.* Basic knowledge, and understanding of networking hardware, data communications, internet connectivity and protocols.* Strong customer service orientation, good organization and analytical skills, attention to detail, professional attitude, good interpersonal skills and reliability.* M ay be required to work at a computer video display terminal for more than 5 hours a day and may be required to lift up to 20 lbs., reach, kneel, crouch, stoop and crawl.**Position Requirements*** Applicants must have an Associates Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional work experience.* Applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year of IT related experience.* Applicants must have the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.* Applicants must have the ability to install, configure and maintain personal computers, networks and related hardware and software.* Applicants must have some knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques.* Applicants must the ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.* Applicants must possess skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.* Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Applicants must have the ability to learn and support new systems and applications.**Preferred Experience and Skills*** Bilingual abilities are a plus.**MUST WORK ONSITE IN CLEVELAND OHIO.** **May have to work a variable shift and be on-call as well as work in a call center.** Please apply online, call Madison Connolly at (440) 565- 0173 or email mconnolly@cynergies.net for more information on this great opportunity!
