matter. UnityPoint Health Trinity is a regional integrated health care delivery system including four full-service hospitals in Rock Island and Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf and Muscatine, Iowa. The integrated services available at Trinity Muscatine offer a seamless continuum of care between physician clinics, hospital and home care services. The hospital campus is home to emergency, orthopedic services, physician clinics, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic care and treatment, home health and occupational medicine. In addition, it is home to Robert Young Center, the regions only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health services including inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services.
Established team of (2) Pain Management Physician, RN's and (1) MA dedicated to APRN Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: Average of 17 patients per day NO CALL Office services and procedures consist of: patient consultations, medication follow-ups, patient reassessments, insurance peer to peer reviews Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified Experience preferred, open to new Graduates Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United States We offer Salaried position Competitive compensation package Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
