is seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Paralegal to join an excellent firm in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting attorneys in all aspects of case management. This position is open to hybrid and remote candidates as well.RequirementsResponsibilities:Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation.Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues using various resources, including Westlaw and LexisNexis.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.Manage document production and review, including electronic discovery and document management systems.Coordinate and calendar deadlines, hearings, and other important dates.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Prepare materials for client meetings, depositions, and hearings.Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations.Stay current with changes in labor and employment law and provide updates to attorneys as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary, with a focus on labor and employment law.Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.Experience with electronic discovery and document management systems is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary ($75,000 - $85,000 per year) based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Retirement savings plan with employer matching.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Job Type:Onsite/Hybrid/Remote - Full Time
