We're looking for a clinical leader (physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant) passionate about women's primary care and clinical excellence to manage the people and processes that make Tia exceptional for our

Los Angeles Market.

As the Los Angeles Medical Director, you will oversee the entire Los Angeles Medical team including medical and acupuncture manager(s) (virtual and in clinic), medical providers, ultrasound technicians, and acupuncturists. In collaboration with the medical managers, local and central operational partners, and local clinic managers, you'll create solutions, solve problems and drive clinical excellence. You will continue to provide patient care at Tia, and will also contribute significant clinical and operational leadership to enable market wide high quality clinical care and operational efficacy. You will be an integral part of the Tia clinical leadership team.

The ideal candidate is excited about working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with change, excited about managing clinical teams, is passionate about improving the delivery of healthcare for women and deeply understands how to translate operating plans and business objectives into successful clinical environments.

You will also have the opportunity to see patients in one of our Los Angeles clinics, delivering comprehensive and integrative primary care for women.

What will you be working on?

Managing all Tia providers who care for Los Angeles based patients either via management of medical managers who oversee a subset of the provider team or via direct management of providers.This team includes virtual and in clinic women's health and primary care providers (MD, DO, NP, PA), psychiatric providers (NP, MD), acupuncturists, and ultrasound technicians.This includes recruitment, onboarding and retention of a high quality provider team, professional development for managers and providers, coaching and leadership developmentPartnering with Market and Clinical Operations leadership to ensure patient access and experience, clinic care team engagement and retention, clinical quality, and operational excellenceIncluding supporting new clinic openings and eventsCollaborating with our local health care partner, Cedars-Sinai, by supporting relevant partnership relationships and initiatives as appropriateLeading and/or supporting clinical quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality care and measurementDeveloping and maintaining a top notch culture within and across in person and virtual clinics resulting in team member collaboration, satisfaction and retentionProviding direct patient care for Tia members, applying your clinical expertise to a full spectrum of primary care and gynecological services - this role is designed to have a large focus on clinical leadership and will require 1-2 days of clinical care to meet the needs of the market and to facilitate effective clinical leadershipIncluding performing in-office procedures, in-line with your clinical trainingServing as a collaborating physician with local nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants if you are a physicianA bit about you:

Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Internal or Family Medicine or other relevant specialty or nationally certified as Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantCompleted an accredited residency program or completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with a national certification5+ years of clinical experience5+ years managing a team of cliniciansState licensure in the state of CaliforniaAbility to travel regularly across the Los Angeles area to visit and/or provide care in one of our LA based clinicsDeep clinical expertise in providing primary care and/or gynecology servicesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAuthorized to work in the USBenefits

Per California Pay Transparency Laws (as of November 1, 2022), please see below for the compensation range for a ): $177,000- $330,000 depending on experience and clinical training. ( NP/PA vs MD/DO)
