Description of the Role:The Office Assistant at RK Auto will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Applicant with work with our Inventory Control Supervisor to process all forms of automotive parts orders.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Perform data entry, documentation, and filing tasks.
Assist with managing and organizing the office space.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondences.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as issuing invoices.
Work with vendors to reconcile credits
Train to be a competent back up to Office Supervisor
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
