Certification & Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification preferred.Experience Required
Minimum of eight years of experience as a solution architect in IT service management or a related field.Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Proven experience as a solution architect in ServiceNow implementation projects.Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.Ability to design end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.Experience leading technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and ITIL framework.Familiarity with ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to mentor and guide development teams on best practices and design principles.Job Objective
Assist operations at ICE Headquarters as a ServiceNow Solution ArchitectResponsibilities
Lead the architecture design and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational objectives.Define technical requirements, solution design options, and architecture patterns for ServiceNow implementations.Conduct technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform capabilities, features, and best practices to guide solution design and implementation.Develop architectural artifacts, such as solution blueprints, data models, and integration designs, to document and communicate technical solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.Evaluate and recommend appropriate ServiceNow modules, applications, and technologies to meet business needs.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT service management (ITSM) and ServiceNow ecosystem and assess their applicability to existing architectures.Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on ServiceNow platform roadmap, future enhancements, and architectural improvements.Education & Certification
