Known for their wooded hills, views of the San Francisco Bay, and stretches of open space, there are quiet residential communities in the midst of the culturally and technologically rich San Francisco Bay area.ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct comprehensive health assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Treatment Planning and Management:Develop and implement patient care plans.Prescribe medications and therapies.Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.Collaboration and Consultation:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.Coordinate patient care across various settings.QualificationsCandidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaNationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)Completion of state mandated educational coursesPay Range$57.69 - $67.30 /hour
