146,507 - $164,088 DOEProductivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowanceResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct comprehensive health assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Treatment Planning and Management:Develop and implement patient care plans.Prescribe medications and therapies.Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.Collaboration and Consultation:Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.Coordinate patient care across various settings.
Qualifications
A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of CaliforniaNationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)Completion of state mandated educational courses
Pay Range$70.43 - $78.88 /hour
