36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time6 weeks of vacation annuallyOffice is located at 1331 Minnich Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46774Office is located on the East side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 469.Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.Current office providers are 3 physicians and 2 APPsEasy access to specialty careFully integrated EMR systemMonday-Friday
