Title/Closing Application Support Specialist

The Application Support Specialist will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints and providing a high level of customer service. The Application Support Specialist will be required to use their problem-solving skills to address user and customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado. Typical office hours are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM; Monday and Thursday at home, Tuesday and Friday in the office, with Wednesday as scheduled weekly/monthly.
How You'll Contribute:
Interact with users and customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or serviceMaintain user and customer accounts and records of user and customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or commentsEnsure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve user and customer problems and concernsAnalyze user and customer complaints and suggestions and recommends product revisionsWork with team to assist with on-boarding, implementing, and training of new clientsAssist with development of client success strategies and creates customer support contentEscalate critical issues to developers and other team members as neededPerforms other related duties as assignedSuccess Factors:
Model and hold others accountable to the Settlor company culture and acts as a coach and mentor to others in the organizationBuild and maintains key user and customer relationships and works to establish relationships with new users and customersExcellent written and verbal communication and customer service skillsProficient computer skills with the ability to learn new softwareStrong time management and problem solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of title and/or closing experience is required.Customer service experience is required.Compensation:
The pay for this position will be between $45,000 and $50,000 annually.In accordance with Colorado state law, this position is non-exempt, and all overtime will be paid at time and a half.Competitive Benefits That Include:
