The Details:

We're on the hunt for a dedicated Cloud Analyst to join our Cloud Security team. This individual will be entrusted with the administration of our cloud environments, playing a pivotal role in their construction, monitoring, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to the future direction, technological framework, and efficiency of our cloud platforms. Additional duties include orchestrating code deployments across various platforms, maintaining and documenting the environment, monitoring system performance, and strategizing for upgrades or the introduction of new cloud services.

What will you do? (Job Duties)

• Responsible for virtual infrastructure systems, enterprise software, backup applications, and storage platforms

• Architect, design, build and maintain cloud environments within a collaborative design and development environment

• Support cloud servers and services, including security configurations and tools, service integrations, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Implement and support email, directory services, VPN, and identity & access management within a cloud environment

• Collect requirements and build solutions and tools to improve availability and performance constantly

• Review and audit existing solutions and system architecture

• Optimize existing hosting partnerships and improve service delivery while reducing costs

• Serve as tier 2 / tier 3 escalation point for end-user troubleshooting

• Act as a liaison between development and support

• As a part of the security and audit teams support periodic audits and cybersecurity risk mitigation

• Support and facilitate change management, release management, and resource planning functions

• Support and maintain our third party risk management program

• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization

• Potential for travel

Requirements

What we are looking for: (Experience)

• Requires a BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience of five years.

• At least two years of experience in a server or cloud administrator role

• Strong Microsoft product platform skills (AzureAD, O365, Azure services, etc.)

• Experience with endpoint management, Intune preferred

• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) is preferred but not required.

• Windows / Linux server administration (virtual machines)

• Experience administrating cloud platforms and services

• Security knowledge with a background in incident response

• Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and business models

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Insurance or financial services experience a plus, with experience in a SOX controlled environment

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

Pay Range:

The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope. To be compliant with local legislation as well as provide greater transparency to candidates, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired job location. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants. In addition, we offer a highly competitive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and qualifications, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
