**Primary Location:** 1 Howard St , Burlington , VT , US **Technical Support Specialist II*** Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance tasks requiring JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, and other programming languages* Execute Dealer Support tasks related to customization requests from clients* Implement, maintain and troubleshoot 3rd party scripts on our platform* Develop automation and efficiency tools to improve the team and departmental workflows* Perform quality assurance to ensure work is performed per specifications and meets both functional and aesthetic standards* Document relevant steps involved in individual task implementation and troubleshooting, particularly as it relates to communication that task creators have in client-facing roles* Serve as a resource, especially to members of Dealer Support, Performance Management, OEM Services, and Implementation, regarding best practices and limitations of implementing customizations on the CMS publishing system* Proactively develop and maintain knowledge and skills related to technology, tools & products (industry-wide and proprietary to Dealer.com)* Be familiar with new, existing, and updated procedures involving interdepartmental processes, such as Statements of Work (SOW) 3rd party requirements, billing tasks, OEM compliance, etc.* Other duties as assignedBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required * Strong Web development skills, including JavaScript, DHTML (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and XML* Ability to understand and interpret existing site design and style guides* Intermediate knowledge of internet applications and protocols* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)* Competency in both Mac and Windows environments**Company Knowledge** : Requires a strong understanding of Dealer.coms systems, products, tools, and procedures. **Communication Skills:** Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
