POSITION: DIRECTOR OF E-COMMERCE USREPORTS TO: VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & EDUCATION, NORTH AMERICABASED: REMOTE, US

Director of ecommerce US is part online merchandiser, part ecommerce inventory planner, part digital storyteller, part Amazon advertiser and all parts business analyst, cross functional liaison, and project manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to work for a best-in-class company that is rewriting the record books and delivering disruptive growth brands in the sunless and skincare categories. You will play a key role in shaping a growing U.S. Amazon business across four brands and executing a hybrid 1P/3P strategy with the support of cross functional teams and 3rd party agency partners and tool sets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Reports to and supports the VP of NA Sales to ensure Amazon sales and profitability goals and objectives are achieved through flawless day to day execution via end-to-end project management of timelines, operational and creative deliverables, and advertising & promotions. Includes cross functional partnerships with marketing, product development, operations, finance, and our 3rd party agencies.• Oversee product and promotional campaigns, develop and optimize product detail pages, understand user journeys, and form analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive KPIs• Collaborate with numerous cross-functional stakeholders to ensure assortments, product launches, promotional activity, advertising, and ecommerce catalog content lead to desired business results driving sales and conversion rates• Day to day product merchandising, optimization, and campaign execution• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and brief digital creative• Identify problems and create solutions• Manage tools, analyze dashboards and reports to monitor digital shelf performance, SEO metrics, advertising performance, pricing updates, content changes, and competitive landscape and share.• Proactively monitor digital shelf to evaluate compliance, customer reviews, product ratings, and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify opportunities.• Research and dissect ecommerce metrics, recommend strategies to correct, maintain, or improve Amazon business performance.• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement• Analyze current merchandise mix and stock levels and produce strategies to optimize inventory

EXPERIENCE• Minimum 5 years of Amazon seller experience is a must; both seller and vendor is a big plus• Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across multiple brands simultaneously• Experience with multiple Amazon related toolsets• Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine i mprovements

SKILLS• Purposeful - Ability to drive results to and above plan with full accountability, proactively shifting efforts as trends and business variables change• Ability to develop and implement strategy, with a bias for implementation and activation and comfort with getting hands dirty• Knows what excellence looks like and how to get there• Problem solving and priority setting• Ability to balance executing both tactical and strategic work, especially troubleshooting and resolving issues related to catalog setup, product listing pages, etc.• Must have proficient to advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets (can do advanced formulas and functions like lookups, if/then, pivot tables, sum if, etc.)• Product passion - Natural and fanatical curiosity around health and beauty product and the online marketplace, demonstrated and put into action

EDUCATION• BA/BS Degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, and/or related field
