If you answered yes to these questions, we want you on our team!About the jobTurning Point Brands (TPB) seeks an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager within the Direct-to-Consumer segment, encompassing Zig-Zag, and Clipper Lighters. Reporting to the Director of Digital Growth and Ecommerce, this role collaborates closely with ecommerce, brand teams, and agencies engaging with various cross-functional partners. The core responsibility of this individual will be to drive growth and profitability for Turning Point Brands on Amazon, TPB Marketplace, and third-party marketplaces. You will assist in strategic planning, reporting, and enhance the customer experience through product listing management, product marketing, and advertising. Your responsibilities include overseeing catalog management, campaign planning, and new product launches.Manage Marketplace Strategy and Financial Goals:

Manage attaining a sustainable, profitable business for Turning Point Brands within Amazon and third-party marketplaces.Contribute to establishing quarterly objectives with a 12-month view.Help build capabilities and execute the strategy to achieve the vision.Manage reporting on the strategy, execution, and results across different stakeholders, including the management team.Collaborate in All Facets of Amazon Marketplace Operations and Planning:

Help define accountabilities, processes, tools, and systems used to manage the Amazon business.Support the management and optimization of the catalog.Launch new products effectively.Ensure advertising is efficient.Help capitalize on seasonal opportunities with effective planning and execution.Ensure account health, operational execution, brand registry, and inventory are managed proactively and responsively.Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Maximize the Turning Point Brands Opportunity:

Partner with the marketplace logistics and inventory organization to optimize the assortment and price-pack architecture across Amazon and other marketplaces.Ensure products are well-positioned to succeed in the marketplace.Collaborate with brand teams to align campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creatives across all Turning Point Brands touch-points.Gain consistency for the customer and efficiencies from a centralized set of resources.QualificationsExperience with Amazon Seller Central: A minimum of 5 years in managing and optimizing listings, handling inventory, and using various tools within Amazon Seller Central.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.Marketing Knowledge: Experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to listings, inventory, and customer feedback.Knowledge of E-commerce Best Practices: Understanding of industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices for online marketplaces.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with other e-commerce tools and platforms.Customer Service Orientation: Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce environment.Let’s talk money and perks!The pay range for this role is between $83,214 to $104,000 a year.Turning Point Brands offer a competitive salary and benefits.12 Paid HolidaysPTO (Paid Time Off)401K with company matchShort Term Disability InsuranceBasic Life InsuranceTuition AssistanceDailyPayWFH Fridays!Turning Point Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
