Job Summary:
Our client operates a newly established, team-based, physician-led health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming. The clinic was founded to provide comprehensive healthcare resources to the community, addressing the needs of their patient base. We are looking for a compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our team of internists, specialists, and medical staff. This role allows for a high degree of autonomy within your department. Our client provides advanced technology resources to support your work and is open to suggestions for additional resources relevant to your specialty.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing long-term, comprehensive care and contributing to the development of regenerative medicine. Your duties will include diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, working collaboratively with team members to manage patient cases effectively. Staying current with industry developments to offer patients the latest treatments and resources is encouraged. Building strong patient relationships and recommending alternative treatments when necessary are key aspects of this position. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ethical standards are essential to maintain the clinic's culture and ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Meeting with patients to discuss their health issues Conducting specialized tests to diagnose conditions Formulating appropriate treatment plans Coordinating with patients' primary care physicians Reviewing patient medical histories Collaborating with other specialists, such as oncologists, for complex cases Company Mission and Philosophy:

Benefits and Compensation:
Salary:
Competitive base salary with additional incentives in hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more. Sign-On Bonus:
$30,000 at the start of the contract. Relocation and Housing Assistance:
$20,000 relocation bonus. Health Insurance:
Employer-sponsored health insurance including low-deductible plans through Cigna, vision, and dental. Premiums are company-paid with low out-of-pocket costs. Additional Insurance:
Monthly employer contributions for disability, life insurance, cancer coverage, accident policies, and more. Retirement:
8% matched 401(k). PTO & Leave:
6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and 7 sick days. Continuing Education:
$5,000 and 5 days for additional education. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Malpractice Insurance:
Employer-paid coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000). Requirements:
Medical degree Completion of a three-year internal medicine residency Completion of a three-year Gastroenterology fellowship Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine
