Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, calls, and messages.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Benefits
